About the role

As the AI Solutions Engineer, you will be at the forefront of imagining and creating AI Agents for leading enterprise organizations. You’ll be the ai.work expert responsible for customer-facing AI solutions (pre-sales POCs, implementations, integrations, and workflow designs).  This is a hands-on role that will design and drive customer implementations, blending solution engineering and AI implementation - with the ultimate goal of ensuring our customers leverage AI agents effectively.

What You’ll Do

  • Support pre-sales by building custom demos and POCs, showcasing ai.work’s ability to streamline internal service operations.

  • Onboard and train new customers, as you partner with them to design, configure, and implement AI Workers.

  • Define AI agent behaviors, automation logic, and requirements for API integrations for seamless customer implementations.

  • Create AI Agent templates and best practices that can be reused across multiple customers.

  • Act as a liaison between customers and product, ensuring real-world insights shape the product roadmap.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Business Operations, or a customer-facing similar role.

  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven automation, APIs, workflow tools, and integrations.

  • Passion for rethinking how organizations can run with AI-first principles.

  • A deep familiarity of SaaS, AI copilots, and enterprise automation.

  • Strong ability to translate business needs into Agentic workflows and implementations.

  • Comfortable working with both customers and internal teams.

  • Enthusiasm for thriving in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment

  • Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Zapier, UiPath and enterprise automation platforms is a plus.

  • Experience with configuring AI tools like Custom GPTs, automation workflows with AI, or any other AI agent platforms is an advantage.

The expected base pay range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an equity grant, depending on the position and level.
