01 Enable the Slack integration
Go to your organization’s settings and click the “Connect” button.
02 Add channels to your AI worker
Go to the Helpdesk configuration screen and click the “Add channel” button, then search for a channel and click “Add”.
From now on, any message on the channel would be handled by ai.work and it will reply to it.
